Our Mission

To give the tradesmen and women who are literally building society a place for their voice to be heard amongst each other. By empowering a community of builders we will aid them in protecting their livelihoods by sharing job site experiences in a way that's private for all parties

The Story

Builders Bulletin Board (previously Contractors Word) was built after seeing a builder destroy a functional staircase due to non-payment from the client. Seeing good construction be wasted moved the founder to change engineering focus to create a place that can help builders avoid this fate. We make it as easy as we could image to share your job site experiences with other builders and learn from others, so you know what type of customer your lead might become.

Founder

Chris Babayans has been an entreprenuer since selling candy out of his backpack in middle school. The first year of college introduced him to creative writing, so he has published a couple novels. Graduating with a degree in generalized Computer IT, he was fortunate enough be trained in cloud data systems on the job after graduating, and learned front-end development during the pandemic through launching his first website, Ashured.com. After taking a break from start up life for a few years, he's back with a refreshed sense of empower society, starting with those who built the floor and roof we as a society are depedent on.
